Convergency problem to EMAT model

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I build a 3D model to simulate EMAT on non-ferrite sample using 'Magnetic Field, no current' to simulate magnetic field generated from magnet, 'Magnetic Field' to simulate eddy current generated from coil and 'Solid Mechanics' to simulate ultrasonics. In addition, 'time dependant' solve is used.

However, there is always an error saying result is not converged. This error occurred for different level of mesh until the number of mesh make the computer out of memory. My computer has 12 core i7 CPU and 48 GB memory.

Can any one help me to solve this problem?

the model is uploaded.

Thanks,

Liang
