Point charge or line charge in semiconductor module

Hello

I have the pleasure to test the semiconductor module for a couple of days.
What I would like to test is a time dependent charge in a point, area or along a line inside of a pn-diode.
Does anyone have a hint where to start. I tested with line charge but was never allowed to select a domain.
