Magnetic field with coil to a plate

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello!

I am very very new with Comsol. I am using version 4.4.

What I want to do is to apply an magnetic field, created by a coil, to a plate with a potential applied and see how lorentz force acts.

I have done the example with the 3d coil. Now I want to apply the magnetic field I created to the plate. I think that a good idea is to have two different gemoetries because it's a little bit tricky to draw them all togheter. Is this possible? How can I take the magnetic field I have created with the coil and apply it to the plate?

Thanks in advance!!
