Error- "Out of memory in time-dependent solver"

Hi , i am getting this error after i run my simulation on Piezoelectric Study "Out of memory in time-dependent solver.- Feature: Time-Dependent Solver 1 (sol1/t1)" , is their anyway to get rid of it.

Hi~

I have the same problem in the Particle Tracing Model.
I can not figure out why a time-dependent solver demand so much memory for simulating only one particle.

Hoping there is someone who can explain that.
