Crevice corrosion modelling 4.2a/4.3 a

I am trying to model a crevice corrosion from Sharland et al paper with six species(Fe, FeOH, H , OH , Na, Cl). I am providing Fe oxidation flux and H reduction flux at crevice tip and water reduction flux outside the crevice, while using no flux boundary condition for non active species on any boundary. A constant concentration is provided outside the crevice where no kind of flux is provided. In this paper, there is also inclusion of chemical equilibria of Fe hydrolysis to form FeOH and water dissociation. Can anybody guide me how can I incorporate this chemical equilibrium condition in the model . I am using Transport of diluted species with electrostatics to govern mass transport under diffusion and electric field. A constant negative potential is applied at crevice tip. I am assuming non corroding walls. All I have is equilibrium constant but fail to understand where this should be plugged in.
I understand there is Corrosion module available for 4.3a but it is not available to me.
I am in process of understanding how comsol works and what inputs it needs to carry out what I want.I appreciate any guidance
