Integration of Electric field over the frequency/ wavelength

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I am modelling solar cell using the RF, electrostatics and transport of diluted species interfaces. I have obtained the electric field using the RF module. To find the generation of e-h pairs, i need to integrate a function of electric field over the wavelength (i.e. frequency). I have knowledge on integrating over length, area and volume but please tell me how to integrate over wavelength?
