Modelling using PDEs

Hi

Does anyone has information how to code Stefan Maxwell Equation using PDEs? I am trying to solve two-phase model and I need to modify the built in NS, energy and Stefan Maxwell equation to include two phase effects.

Is there any possibility to save "application mode subdomain variables" under physics/equation systems/subdomain settings/variables.

Anyone expert on using PDEs in comsol?
