Pressure compensation between two volumes

I have two volumes close togehther with a different initial pressure (p1 and p2).
Now I search for the the equilibrium pressure in the stationary solution.
At the moment my simulation (Non-Isothermal Flow) shows in the contact area a compensation of the
two pressure values, but it should be the same pressure in both volumes: p1=p2.
