Joule heating in a conductor

I'd like to model a cable covered with a insulation. The current of 10A is flowing through the cable.
I do not have any parts grounded. I used the "Terminal" option as suggested in the COMSOL example for modeling a fuse. but it is not working. Any suggestion?
