Mismatch between COMSOL and Maxwell solution for AC resistance

Dear all, I am checking the skin effect of the Litz wire at higher frequencies. I have first simulated it in Ansys Maxwell and its result matches with the hardware results. Now, I am working on COMSOL multiphysics to solve the same problem. However, the value of AC resistance is becoming very less in the COMSOL at higher frequencies.

I have tried Boundary Layer meshing as well as extremely fine meshing to solve this skin-effect problem. In each case, I am getting lower AC resistance value in COMSOL software. Note, I have defined the mesh element size as per the highest frequency. Please help me.

I am attaching both COMSOL 6.0 and MAXWELL 2023R1 file for your reference as well as their AC resistance.
