Confusion regarding heat flux input

I am trying to model how much thermal stress and thermal dissipation is generated from electromagnetic heating of a structure, I am using surface average heat flux input in each surface , giving into the heat flux data in heat transfer in solids and fluids, my first question is how accurate it is? Is there any way to actually take the heat dissipation profile generated in electromagnetic simulation to actually put into the model?

Look at rf_heating.mph in the application gallery, that will show you the correct (and accurate) way to model RF heating.
