GPU heat sink simulation

I am trying to simulate a GPU heat sink, I am confused with the Boundary condition as the heat sink design has fins and a fan mounted on top of it. Can anyone guide me with boundary conditions ? I considered fan as outlet, I am confused with other boundary conditions.
