Hello,
I have a plate geometry with a hole at the centre. I would like to mesh it with 3d hexahedral mesh. I am facing convergence issue while running it using the physics generated or user generated tetrahedral or hex mesh. A warning message saying "Inverted element " shows up. The simulation then terminates abruptly because of a convergence issue : "comsol Time adaptation interrupted. Failed to find consistent initial values. Last time step is not converged.". I have also tried 'adaptive mesh" but that didn't help either.
I feel the mesh is the issue here. I believe a good mesh with properly shaped elements (preferably hexahedral) would help me in tackling the convergence issue.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
Thanks, Ashish
