How to Connect two 1D Lithium Ion cells in Series in COMSOL

I have 1D lithium Ion example model with one component modeled using 1D lithium ion Battery physics. I have duplicated same component with 1D lithium ion physics to have a second cell. Now how do I coonnect them in sereis? if possible how to do parallel.
