shock accelerometer

hello sir
i draw an structure of cantilever with piezoresistive(as an accelerometer). when implotting the resistor on the beam in 2d domain,and i extrude it for 3d analysis.when i open the subdomains dialogue box i got an error of EDGES ARE TOO CLOSE IN 2D DOMAIN(error number 2035).could you explain me the meaning of that error.and way to solve that error.

The reason could be that the dimension are smaller than the absolute repair dimensions, see
