Cannot Open Native File

I ran an acoustic-structure interaction simulation and got the results including displacement for a membrane which all results are shown fine, but for a point graph on the membrane, it does not show the result and shows me the error of "Cannot Open Native File". Do you know what should I do with that? Thanks Behrouz
