Coupling semiconductor physics

I want to couple semiconductor physics with laminar flow and transport of diluted species. How to do that. I am trying to model one transistor based gas sensor, for that 1. For modelling gas flow, I used laminar flow 2. To model adsorption of charge from gas to the surface of transistor, transport of diluted species used 3. For modelling transistors two semiconductor physics are used (One for silicon transistors and another one for modelling a thin layer of nanomaterial) But how to couple semiconductor physics with other two modules.
