Multiphysics coupling Layered shell with nonlinear magnetostriction

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I was am currently working on a polymer composite material for which I use a reference volume element to generate a unit cell and derive the elastic properties matrix. Followed by defining the component as a layered shell with the reference properties. I want to set some of these layers as magnetostrictive and was wondering if there is any workaround to this as all I can find for multiphysics coupling with a layered shell is piezoelectric. Do let me know if there is some way to do this or else some other way I can structure this model.Thank you.
