It does not use s-parameters so I am curious what you changed or are doing? It uses electrostatics, at least that is what i see in the file. I cannot simulate the file as I don't have the mems module but I can see the setup.
What equation are you using to calculate AC power?

Yes, it is the example. I was following the steps of the veido from the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqL6NXh6kZY. I plotted the s-parameters by setting a terminal boundary with fixed power in electrostatics and performing frequency domain study.
