How to define new transverse creep law in creep modelling in COMSOL?

Hi I have two question in creep modelling in structure mechanics module in COMSOL-
1- In creep node setting in any law like Norton law the defined creep strain rate is axial, or transverse?
2-If I want to implememnt a new creep law in which I have the expersion for transverse creep strain rate then how can I implement it into the Comsol?
