Failed to Find Consistent Initial Values

I am proposing a new model for the phase separation of a binary mixture of oil and water under the effects of a SAW. A description of my problem can be found in the attached LaTex writeup.

I am fairly new to using Comsol's Coefficient Form PDE solver, but am stuck on this error I am getting: "Failed to Find Consistent Initial Values". I did some searching through this forum and found this which seemed to suggest that my issue was most likely due to the boundary conditions and/or initial conditions. I am a tad confused by this, however, as I've ensured that my specific initial conditions do indeed satisfy the "No-Flux" conditions I impose everywhere on the rectangular domain. I also use a mesh with element size "Extra Fine" so I don't think that's necessarily the issue.

Any other thoughts as to what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it?
