Modelling Weir Outlet Flow

I am trying to model flow in a chamber where the inlet is a jet flow of water and the outlet is via the chamber overflowing a 12 cm wide weir. I have not been able to figure out how to assign weir flow as an outlet condition, any advice/help would be appreicated.
