Using ready COMSOL file with different geometry

Hello,

  1. I just want to ask if it is possible to use ready COMSOL file but change the geometry to see the simulation.

  2. I used ready COMSOL file but I have changed the geometry, but when I reach to transport of duluted species and laminar flow physics and I want to select the inlets and outlets it wont allow me to select them. Also for the boundries it was mentiond but it says not applicable next to them.

In general, yes, you should be able to change the geometry and re-use an existing model.

But details matter. My guess (and it can only be a guess if you don't post your model, hint hint) is that some selections were inappropriate.

The better way to approach this is to rebuild yourself a similar model that is fully documented as an example on the Comsol website.
