Pressure effect in convection and diffusion model

Hi

I am solving the gas phase in a tube in convection and diffusion model. Where i enter the gas at certain pressure and outlet the pressure is atmospheric.

So it means with decrease in pressure along the length of tube the concentration of profile is decreasing.

Is it possible to see this effect with convection and diffusion model

Any suggestions would be appreciated
