Can the response to excitation signals such as Ricker wavelets be modelled with COMSOL?

Dear Stephan,

Yes. In COMSOL, one can use an analytic function of time as a source condition in a time dependent study. You can find an example here (https://www.comsol.com/model/isotropic-anisotropic-sample-elastic-wave-propagation-78231), which specifically mentions use of Ricker wavelets.
