Reaction Module

I'm using two phase, level set and have coupled it with reaction engineering module (synchronized with multiphysics and a second model with empty geometry was automatically created) for reaction of methane and oxygen. My model runs but there is something I have not setup properly because I am unable to plot concentrations and reaction rates. I get the error "Unable to evaluate variable" and "Unable to evaluate expression".
Any suggestions? Any input would be appreciated.
