How to extract polarization in a Mode Analysis

When I get several modes as solution I'm interested in knowing which polarization (angle) is represent.

Is there a simple way to extract the polarization angle.

Usually I'm just interested in knowing if it's x or y-polarized

(I was thinking of making a point evaluation and see which is bigger Ex or Ey, but it doesn't seam to work)
