Simulating lensed single-mode fiber using 2D axisymmetric mode

Hello, I am trying to simulate a lensed SMF fiber (tapered SMF) using the 2D axisymmetric mode. When I try to lanuch the fundamental mode for just the SMF section, the field distribution which I get is wrong, as it appear in the attached pics. I am not sure what I might be doing wrong.
