z-distance to field strength value

I have a very simple model with a small x-y grid of electrodes.
The electrodes in the x are separated from the y by a couple millimeters (not important).

The electrodes in one direction are charged with 1V. The other axis of electrodes are ground (0V terminals).

In the results I get a nice visualization of the static-electric field and I'd like to know the precise height (z-value) of a particular field strength. The actual strength itself is not really important. I just want to set a baseline and then see how changes to the grid effect the field propagation.

I've plotted isosurfaces of 30V/m for example and you end up with a nice plot that looks something like an air mattress. I'd like to find how high those "humps" are from the x-y plane and I can't seem to figure out how to approach this.
