Hi
I am trying to calculate the effective thermal conductivity in the z-direction of a copper filled via in glass with a filling defect. The defect has been represented by a cone in the via which is air-filled. However, as i am increasing the cone height, keeping via radius the same, the thermal conductivity is actually increasing, wguch is counter-intuitive. Could you please help me with this?
Thanks.
