poisson equation

By applying poisson equation in 2D axis symmetric, i have to multiply with some constant on right hand side and without it the solver is showing error like failed to find initial value. Why is it so?

Uncertain what is happening without seeing your model. I encourage you to post your .mph file to the forum so that others can examine it and offer their suggestions.
