Probing Velocity Across Open Boundary With Direction

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello,

I have been working on a simulation where I have an open boundary which will have flow passing through it in both directions. I am using the laminar fluid flow module. When I probe the boundary using the domain probe for velocity it reads the velocity magnitude but not direction. Is there a way to include the direction as a negative or positive sign in the data? Even better would be to get the flow in m^3/s across the open boundary including the direction. Attached is an image of the velocity magnitude plot my simulation produces.

Thank you for any and all help,

Alex
