mesh->adapt

Instead of using adaptive meshing under 'study', there seems to be an option under 'mesh' by adding 'adapt' under it. Under mesh->adapt, the user can also specify an error indicator as in the more common approach used in 'study'. But this new approach always gives a warning 'None of the selected entities has a mesh' that defies computation. What should one do?
