I want to make model with some metal nanopartcles on the glass (in 4.2a version), with scattered field, z direction of plane wave, x polarized. I used formula Ex = E0*exp(-2*pi*j*z*freq/c_const). Everything is OK till that step.
Does any of you know how to make semi-infinite glass, and how to make PML arround that structure?
I am just familiar with standard rules, for example if I want to change wavelength from 400[nm] to 1000[nm] in parametrci sweep, my PML should be thick 1000[nm], but I don't have a clue how to make this substrate lake semi-infinite object, and after that how to surround it with PML.
Thank you for any help.
