How can we design the antenna impedance by high frequency electromagnetic waves absorbing the waves from the medium?

You appear to be asking about how to design an efficient receiving antenna. That topic is much larger than merely a question about setting and/or choosing an impedance. In general, in regard to antenna theory and design (whether for receiving, transmitting, or both), there are many, many resources available to you on the internet, in libraries, and in bookstores. These range from introductory to advanced texts, presentations, computer programs, and much more. To get started, I suggest you type any/all of the following terms into any good internet search engine (or at any good bookstore's website): "Antenna Basics" "Antenna Theory" "Introduction to Antennas" "Antennas Tutorial" "Antenna Design" "Antenna Engineering" among others.
