Different Sizes of Particles

Hi there, Has anyone faced with problem using different sizes of particles?I am using different PS particles separately, for small particles (say 1-2 um) it is finely computed but when I increase the diameter to 5-10 um the computation does not proceed. Do you know how can I fix it?
