interior wall problem

I am studying heart valve simulation. I have got the problem to simulate the heart valve using the Comsol software. I am looking for some advice on the Comsol software.

As for the current research progress, the heart and valve were separately implemented, and they were assembled and imported to run the simulation. When conditions are entered and executed, they are simulated ignoring the valve. If you set the interior wall for this, it is expected that the valve will be recognized and simulated. But it doesn't recognize the interior wall. I have attached the file about the problem so that you can have a look at it. It would be very helpful if you could give me some suggestions and advice.
