Growth Dependent on concentration

I am trying to create a model where growth is dependent on the concentration gradient of morphogen using solid mechanics(SM) module along with transport of diluted species(TDS). The TDS is stationary while the SM is time-dependent. I have a rectangle box which has zero concentration in which diffusion oocurs from a bead which has a higher concentration. After simulation, concentration gradient is formed. Another rectanglar bar is placed on top of the box, in which the growth has to be dependent on the concentration gradient. I have tried to model it but I am getting error. How to solve this problem. I have attached the COMSOL file below.
