Fixed Concentration Problem with Standard Flow Rate

Hi All,
I have a problem with the Standard Flow Rate under the section of Turbulent Flow->Inlet->BC=MassFlow->Mass Flow Type=Standard flow rate. Model is a Reacting flow model and consists of Turbulent Flow (k-e) and Transport of Concentrated Species (TCS). Standard flow rate was defined under the Turbulent Flow section and Mass Fractions were defined under the TCS section. Problem is that whatever I enter a value of standard flow rate, molar concentration of the species aren't changing. Like they are fixed or normalized to a value. Also values of these concentrations are wrong. What could be possibly causing this problem?
Thank you.
