SAW device 2D simulation

Hi,

I am doing a simulation of a SAW device for acoustophoresis. It is a 2D simulation and the device is seen from the top. The piezo is YZ LiNbO3, the PDMS structure is in the middle of the device and the fluid that flows in the channel is water.

With the parameters used, I have to find 3 pressure nodes in the channel (one in the middle and two on the sides of the channel), but I am not to obtain that and the distribution of the acoustic pressure is irregular. I don't know which are the errors, the file is uploaded.
