Received fatal alert: protocol version for comsol5 multiphysics

I am currently on macOS 10.15.3 Catalina and I tried to install comsol5 multiphysics from my institute's website through their licensed port number. But I get this error on the final step of installation - "Error Downloading file Received fatal alert : protocol version" . Any help will be very much appreciated.
