No convergence, minimum parameter step and damping factor

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello! I am trying to simulate a fluid-structure-interaction in a blood vessel where the solid structures are hyperelastic using an ogden model. The study is a 2-stepper; first one is time dependent and the second is stationary. After succesfully computing the time dependent study, the stationary solver stops computing and giving this error:

  • Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1) Failed to find a solution for all parameters, even when using the minimum parameter step. No convergence, even when using the minimum damping factor. Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned.

Any knowledge of this problem? I have tried to change quite a lot in the stationary solver and making the mesh gradually finer.

Best regards Anders
