Hi all,
I'd need to create a 3D model of the cardiac electrical activation (myocardium) coupled with a 1D model describing the conduction system, i.e., Purkinje network. I want to solve the monodomain equations on both geometries at the same time. However, it is not clear to me how to solve the 1D dynamics in a 3D setting and how to couple the 1D with the 3D model (1D output being the input of the 3D model). Could anyone give me an hint on how to implement this? I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you, Alessandro
