How to visualize ray tracing only within a certain domain

I am working on a ray optics simulation where we have a bunch of ray emitting sources passing through different mediums and pointing at a small cuboid domain of interest. I was wondering if it is possible to visualize only the ray traces that are within that cuboid domain using a 3D plot. Alternately, can the geometry plus ray traces be exported as a 3D CAD file? Thanks.
