Temp jump condition between boundary and fluid

Hi,
I am using comsol 3.4 . I understand that usually while modelling fluid flow in comsol, when I give a constant surface temperature boundary condition to the walls of my domain, the fluid adjacent to the wall is considered to be at the same temperature as the wall.
However since I am working in micro fluidics, this assumption is void. I am modelling slip flow where the temperature of the fluid adjacent to the boundary is assumed to be finitely different from the wall surface temperature.
Please tell me how to implement this ' temperature jump '.
Regards and thanks,
Nithin
