Laplace pressure in multiphase flow ( phase field )

Iam simulating 2dimensional interface movement in phase field 2 phase flow. i need to plot the laplace presusre variation with time. is there any way i can get lapalce presusre directly from comsol. ? The model is solving but iam unable to plot laplace presusre. The pressure( surface pressure) obtained is far less than the calculated value.
