I need to add 10G RF excitation to the middle gold electrode on the top, and the gold electrodes on both sides are grounded, to analyze the electric field distribution in the lithium niobate optical waveguide, and then how to increase the excitation of this structure, I read an article that says to extend the electrode , What is the reason? The model has been stretched out, and it is said that excitation should be added to the middle electrode and the overhanging bridge. Why is this? I always report an error when adding a lumped port. How does this structure need to be stimulated?
