How to draw graph effective refractive index vs wavelength for X-polarization & Y-polarization?

I was able to plot this graph https://ibb.co/JHs26GJ. I used parametric sweep for each diameter and plotted effective index vs wavelength for a particular diameter. Then I extracted data for all diameters and plotted using python. But unlike before this plot (https://ibb.co/HH0q3X9) is same but for X-polarization. I am not sure how to plot in this case.
