Recently, I want to use comsol shell module to simulate the deformation of Kirchhoff thin plate and Mindlin plate. How should I set up the software to distinguish these two types of research?

The shell and plate interfaces use thick plate (Mindlin) theory. When you decrease the thickness, the solution converges to what you will get using thin plate (Kirchhoff) theory. You cannot explicitly force thin plate theory for a thick shell.
