Charge movement between parallel plates due to electrostatics

Hi,

Problem definition as follows, purely based on Electrostatics and Particle tracing.

I am contacting support for charge particle movement and also attached file for your reference (explains in detail).

Basically two parallel plates placed at a certain distance. Plate 1 and 2 is charged and like to observe the charge movement or transfer.
